1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes 8–12 business days.
The total estimated delivery time is therefore 9–15 business days from the moment your order is placed.
Please note that delivery times may occasionally vary due to high demand, holidays, or logistics delays.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders include free shipping within the United States.
There are no additional shipping or handling fees charged during checkout.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link.
Tracking updates may take 3–8 business days to appear after the package has left the warehouse.

Customers can request a return within 30 days after the order has been delivered, provided the item:

Return requests must be approved by our customer support team before the item is sent back.
7. Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes. Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

Items with broken hygiene seals

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage
For hygiene reasons, underwear, shapewear, and bras cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed.
8. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Returns must be sent to our international logistics warehouse in Asia, and customers must also cover any customs duties, taxes, or related shipping fees.
A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
9. When will I receive my refund?
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
10. What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but I did not receive it?
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact our support team.
We will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier and investigating the delivery status.
